Kris Van Assche:: F/W '09 Runway Collection

Always On Point, Kris Van Assche has outdone himself again
with his F/W 2009 collection. Van Assche has been designing
for Dior Homme since 2007. Prior to that he has worked with
Hedi Slimane on Dior And YSL until Slimane left Dior to
start his own line. Although Van Assche's line has a similar
appeal to that of Dior Homme, the collection is completely
different from what he has been offering with Dior Homme,
and I love it. I feel like working under a label name like
Dior has limited what he is able to design. The collection
he produced was trendy, stylish and the textures were amazing.
