Iconic Iman

The supermodel, actress, activist, fashion designer and head of her own global beauty company, Iman has been honored with the CFDA Fashion Icon Award. Although the actual award ceremony will be held on June 7th at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, on March, 17th Nadja Swarovski and Diane von Furstenberg announced the nominees and honorees for the 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards at the DVF studio in NYC's Meat Packing District. In the video Iman invites FashionAir into her New York City home as she flips through a few pages of her book and speaks about how she began modeling and the main reason why she started her own beauty company, Iman Cosmetics. A very inspiring woman with a remarkable story. Iman is 54 years old and still looks exactly the same.
