Two of my favorite black model's Chanel Iman and Arlenis Sosa are featured in a editorial entitled "Fashion… And All That Jazz" which appears inside Harper's Bazaar's September 2009 issue. The models were styled in ensembles that resembled the 1940's and took pictures through the streets of Harlem, NYC which is where Jazz originated from. Designers featured in this editorial are Dolce & Gabbana, Balenciaga and Max Mara. I like that this editorial represents how far African-American people have come and I also love the glamour of the 1940s. That was true fashion.
